Here’s my second issue as Editor of Huck and it’s a banger. #79 features people who have controlled their own narrative. It has the wonderful and hilarious Mia Khalifa on the cover, shot by Jimmy Fontaine and interview by Alya Mooro. Then we’ve got the skate/punk legend Chuck Treece, Iran’s only professional female motorcyclist Behnaz Shafiei, DJ/producer Ahadadream, fresh back from touring with Skrillex and his mob, The KLF’s Jimmy Cauty tells us the “harrowing time” they won a Brit Award and then got caught burying it at Stonehenge, we catch up with award-winning South Africa singer Bongeziwe Mabandla, find a drag night in Namibia, visit the beautiful donkeys of Lamu, meet the queer fighters of Ukraine, there are exceptional photo stories from Cat Vinton and Niall O’Brien, Mel D. Cole is our artist-in-residence and much more. Out in all good shops around the world now. Thank you to all the contributors and, of course, the Huck team.

Thanks to everyone who contributed and the dream team who made it possible
