In 2010 I was asked by the agency Independents United to edit and put this magazine together all about the culture of independence, the importance of independence thought and profile people who were doing things for themselves.
It’s an exploration of all kinds of people, from Wilf Mbanga – the exiled editor of The Zimbabwean newspaper, Mayor of Berlin Klaus Wowereit, electro godfather Mark Reeder, the excellently excellent and creative Kate Moross and Duffy to chewing gum purveyors Peppersmith and Russian art gallery/restaurant/clothes shop Mesto in Moscow, plus a whole bunch more.
