Here’s MARVIN Magazine – The Spring Issue. Working with the dream team of Editor-in-Chief Marvin Scott Jarrett, Creative Director Gary Koepke and me as Executive Editor again, we’ve created this incredible publication. It’s got Playboi Carti as the cover feature, shot by Kenneth Capello, styled by Shane Gonzales and written by Yoh Phillips while I spoke to Bobby Gillespie and Jehnny Beth about collaborating on their album Utopian Ashes. It also features this ridiculous line up: FINNEAS, NOKI, Alice Glass, Futura, NIGO, Creation Stories, Shame, Royal Blood, Dorian Electra, TYSON, Christian Alexander, Santanu Hazarika and more. It’s also got some fantastic contributors too, including Dan Wilton, Alex de Mora, Eve Barlow, Tom Oxley, Johnny Hostile, Marcus Barnes, Gemma Lacey, Leonie Cooper, Kenneth Cappello, Christian Witkin, Richie Davis, Cameron Cook, Laura Martin, Mat Osman, Frank Lebon and more. It’s again printed on thick GF Smith Colorplan by Pureprint. Not gonna lie – making a magazine in a global lockdown is pretty tricky, so I’m ultra proud of this one.
