I’ve interviewed Nile Rodgers three or four times and every time he’s been a really nice guy. For this, unbeknownst to us until after, he hadn’t really slept as he’d had to have a health check up over night between travelling from Sheffield to The O2. But he was full of good spirits and let me even hold his infamous hitmaker guitar. His management were over the moon with these films and asked us to send them to him on DVD, which of course we did.
